Dick Burke – President

As President of, Dick Burke manages all of the business operations for the organization including the sales, marketing and finance sectors as well as the product development, production, customer service and technology departments. Under his tenure, the business has attained all-time highs in customers, traffic and revenues.

Preceding his appointment as President, Burke served as Senior Vice President of Administration and Corporate Development for Classified Ventures, LLC. In this capacity, Burke oversaw, the company’s online real estate business, which was based in Emeryville, CA. In addition, he led the company’s Corporate Services division, comprising of corporate technology, legal, human resources, communications, facilities and corporate development where he played an integral role in successful acquisitions including Apartment Home Living. Burke has appeared numerous times on national and local television stations speaking about the multi-family housing industry.

Burke signed the papers that formed Classified Ventures, LLC in 1997 and represented the company the same year in its acquisition of Visual Properties, the predecessor of Burke joined the organization on a full-time basis in October 1998 as Chief Legal Officer. Prior to joining Classified Ventures, LLC, Burke practiced law at Burke, Warren, MacKay & Serritella, P.C. and preceding that at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom.

Burke received a Bachelor of Arts degree from College of the Holy Cross in 1986, and a law degree from Georgetown University Law Center in 1990. He is married with two children.


Susan Bryant – Vice President of Marketing

As Vice President of Marketing at, Susan is responsible for managing the strategic direction of all marketing and brand initiatives. To drive brand awareness and marketing efforts, Susan oversees company positioning and messaging, advertising campaigns, public relations programs, promotions, sales materials, event and trade marketing, as well as sponsorships. She also manages all the website advertising business. Additionally, Susan directs all lead generation for trade and consumer efforts through a variety of channels such as partnerships, digital and social media marketing as well as a variety of local events. Susan also has extensive consulting experience across a variety of industries, including medical devices, energy, wireless and traditional telecom.

Susan brought with her a rich background of marketing, product management and sales management experience in a variety of industries and companies (small and large, public and private and startups.) Immediately prior to joining, Susan led the marketing teams at Total Attorneys, a cloud-based, technology-enabled services company headquartered in Chicago.

Susan earned a Bachelor of Science in Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Purdue University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Missouri, Kansas City.

She and her husband reside in Libertyville, IL where she is active in a number of non-profit organizations.


Brad Long – Vice President of Sales

As Vice President of Sales, Brad is responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with national property-management companies, training and directing the internal sales force and developing strategic partnerships with organizations and associations that will benefit the multi-family industry, property managers and visitors to

Prior to, Brad worked for 19 years within the newspaper industry, most recently as the Vice President/Director of Advertising at the Tribune in San Luis Obispo, California. At the Tribune, Brad served on the SLO County YMCA Board, Finance Committee and South County Advisory Board.

A Chicago-area native, Brad earned a bachelor’s degree from Northern Illinois University and is currently working on completing his master’s degree in finance from Benedictine University.


Heidi Williams – Vice President of Product

As Vice President of Product, Heidi Williams is responsible for managing the strategic direction and execution of product development at Under Heidi’s leadership, the product team’s focus is to capitalize on ever-evolving trends in the web and mobile space as well as keep a pulse on emerging technologies and product innovation to offer renters an excellent digital experience and drive qualified traffic to advertisers. Heidi and her team manage the consumer websites and mobile applications for and related properties in addition to building innovative solutions to support large apartment properties and management companies.

Previously, Heidi served in a variety of leadership roles in product, technology and account management. She specializes in building innovative solutions for new businesses and strategic initiatives. Key projects include B2B and B2C applications and services for companies like Redbox, McDonalds, General Motors and the Chicago Field Museum.

Heidi received her undergraduate and master’s degrees in management information systems at Northern Illinois, graduating magna cum laude both times. She currently resides in the southwest suburbs of Chicago with her husband and three children.


Tim Clutter – Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer at, Tim oversees all accounting and financial operations, including fiscal reporting, budgeting, forecasting and strategic initiatives.

Tim’s commitment to and drive to succeed are evidenced by his strong work ethic and impressive background. Previously, Tim served as the Finance Manager at where he was solely responsible for the financial and accounting functions of the business.

Joining Classified Ventures in 2007, Tim has also held a variety of positions in the corporate finance group. Prior to working for Classified Ventures, Tim was the Contract Administrator at a leading construction company in Antioch, IL, Thelen Sand & Gravel. There he managed both accounts receivable and project accounting for the Excavation division.

Currently, Tim holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Political Science and Public Administration from Augustana College and resides in Chicago, IL.


Ben Roewe – Director of Operations

As Director of Operations, Ben Roewe leads fulfillment, customer service, and media production operations for

Previously, Ben managed the sales operations and account management teams where he supported the renewal planning process, delivered enhancements for contracts and developed reporting solutions. Prior to that, Ben served as finance manager during which time he developed the annual financial budget and built the annual sales commission plans. He is also a Certified Administrator.

Prior to, Ben worked for Cardinal Health’s medical products segment where he completed the Financial Development Program. In more than six years of service, he held financial and accounting assignments in the surgical instrument sourcing business, mergers and acquisitions, international manufacturing in Malaysia and Thailand and corporate reporting. He received a Chairman’s Award in 2004 and a Financial Leadership Award in 2001.

Ben attended the University of Iowa in Iowa City, Iowa where he completed dual degrees, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in Media Studies and Film Production.
